Precision on the wing

The Peregrine Falcon combines pointed wings, a dark hood and a powerful flying style. Found across much of the world, it is also at home along eastern Australia’s cliffs, gorges and city skylines. Its spectacular hunting dives make it famous, while an ordinary glide offers a quieter glimpse of this remarkable bird.

Where to look

Eastern Australian coasts, inland cliffs and some urban areas.
